1. Payment

(1) Accepting payment via PayPal ONLY.(2) Only accepting payment upfront. The commission will be worked on after payment has been sent.(3) Clients are required to pay the paypal admin fee

2. usage

(1) You may only use my work for PERSONAL USAGE ONLY (profile pictures, banners, wallpapers, layouts, etc.) COMMERCIAL USE is PROHIBITED.(2) You are not allowed to use any of my work for NFT / Gen AI purposes.

3. Rights

I maintain full rights to my work and I can use said work for future portfolios and post them in my social medias.

4. i'm willing to draw:

- Original Characters
- Real Life People
- Fanarts
- Mobians (Sonic The Hedgehog styled characters)
- Ships

5. I won't draw:

- NSFW
- Mecha
- Hate Speech
- Complicated poses
- Detailed backgrounds

6. Negotiable: (contact me to discuss)

- Furry / Anthro
- Complicated designs

7. Revisions

Accepting revisions up to two times. After, there will be a fee of $2 for every additional revisions.

8. Refunds

No refunds unless I am unable to finish the commision
